Shipping and Processing Charges:

  • LightKulture.com offers free UPS ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States for all orders that can ship via standard UPS Ground, or Fed Ex ground service. 
  • Currently, we do not offer free shipping to international destinations as Alaska, Canada, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. To ship to these areas, you are requested to provide your own shipping methods or shipping account number. These orders can be made over the phone with a customer service person.   • We do not offer free shipping on mirrors or furniture.  
  • Free shipping does not apply to select manufacturers, sale items and oversized special order items. 
  • Some oversized items require special handling.
  • We do not cover shipping fees that result from additional services provided at the time of delivery. This includes indoor delivery of products shipped via freight companies, or rerouting packages to addresses other then the ship to address provided at the time of the initial order. 
  • Signature service is not provided unless specified at the point of placement. 
  • LightKulture.com will not be held liable for any shipping cost associated with lost shipments unless this service is selected.
  • In the event that an item is damaged or lost during shipment a claim will need to be filed with the carrier. 
  • Credit or replacement cannot be issued unless the claim has been successfully settled.  
  • Upon request, at your cost, we can arrange UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select express shipping options. Please contact us for costs on these express shipping methods. 
  • Items are shipped from the warehouse closest to your mailing address that has the item in stock. Once your order is received, it is immediately processed for shipment. Therefore we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been processed for shipment
  • Please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) if you have over ordered, or if you ordered the wrong item. Freight and restocking fees may apply.
  • We will provided the most up-to-date shipping information provided to us by our vendor partners.   
  • If you think an item has taken too long to arrive, please contact us to look into the matter. 
  • We will ship your order as ready, which may mean we will partial-ship your order unless otherwise instructed by you to ship complete. For some orders, this may difficult depending on the mix of product and vendors you select.
  • We reserve the right to partial ship your orders where it makes the most practical sense. 
  • We do not ship on the weekends.
  • Please keep in mind, many lighting products are built to order and have lead times that must be quoted by the manufacturer. Lead times for deliveries will be from the date the product is available to ship from the US warehouse closest to you.
