- Please take care to inspect your delivery. It is the responsibilty or the recipient to inspect every carton for shipping damage, and to note any such damage or shortage at the time of signature upon delivery.
- By accepting the delivery, your signature is confirmation that you have received the order complete and that the delivery was received in acceptable shipping conditions.
- If you are not required to sign for the delivery but receive freight damaged goods, please contact customer service immediately to report the damage.
- Any damaged, defective or missing items not noted at the time of delivery must be reported in writing within five business days of receipt of the product.
- Once your order has been accepted as delivered your options to return your order are subject to our terms and conditions.
- LightKulture.com will not be held responsible for any additional delivery services provided at the time of delivery beyond the transportation and delivery service initially contracted with the carrier to the main delivery address.
Damaged in Freight:
- If you refused your delivery due to visible or audible signs of damage please contact us immediately to settle the matter with the carrier. We will reply to you within 48 hours.
- Any concealed damaged discovered after you accept your delivery must be reported within 21 days of delivery.
- Please inspect your order promptly. Concealed damages cannot be claimed after 21 days. Beyond this point there can be no claims made against the freight carrier.
- With proper notice, a claim will be filed with the carrier to credit your account for the damaged item.
- We will replace the damaged item promptly (based on manufacturers availability) at no-charge, using standard shipping methods. Any expedited cost will be at the expense of the consumer.
- For excessively long replacement lead-times, we will advise you on how to dispose or return your damaged product. You may decide re-select or we will offer you a full credit.
- If you would like to return your un-installed damaged product without replacement, credit will be issued in full for the damaged item upon receipt and inspection by the manufacturer.
- All damages must be reported in writing by contacting email@example.com.
Defective / Missing Parts:
- Please report, to firstname.lastname@example.org, any defect product or missing parts within 15 business days of receiving the order. We will reply within 48 hours.
- On the rare occasion that an item may arrive with missing parts and is repairable with the relevant parts, we will provide these parts (one time only) at no cost to you.
- You will not have to pay for shipping of replacement parts.
- Defective product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
- Defective products need to be returned prior to receiving a replacement.
- If you no-longer have the original packing material, or the defective product has extraordinary packing needs, we can bill you for a replacement item in order for you to re-use the original carton and packing material to avoid any further damage to your returned item.
- Upon receipt of the original product we will issue a full credit for that product.
- If we authorize you to destroy the product in the field, we will not be responsible for any disposal costs.
Pricing & Product Description Discrepancies:
- LightKulture.com makes every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. On rare occasions the pricing or product information may be inaccurate.
- Should you place an order under these circumstances, we reserve the right to advise you of the error, and provide you with the proper information to proceed with your order. Otherwise, we will cancel your order.
- In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product for return and provide a customer refund. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet shipped.
- Many items on our site are sold with optional accessories. We make every effort to understand your particular environment, however, we cannot be held liable for any optional equipment you do not specify at the time of your order. Such product cannot be returned, or refunded.
- You will have the option to purchase any optional accessories to complete your order.
- Coupon Code offers. In order to keep in compliance with our top brands, we strictly enforce their MAP policies. In doing so, some of our general store offers and coupon codes may not be used with these brands.

Price Match Guarantee
We strive to bring you the best brands at the best possible price. As an authorized U.S. reseller of the top contemporary lighting brands, we must follow the manufacturer's pricing policy. We will match a competitive price from an authorized dealer. The guarantee does not extend to clearance, returns, disontinued and close-out items. Manufacturer's pricing policy may restrict our ability to price match. Other restrictions may apply.
- All items, excluding bulbs, are offered with the manufacturer’s warranty, and vary by vendor. Any defective item purchased within the warranty covered by the specific manufacture can be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion. Repairs for items that are still under warranty will be covered at no charge. A copy of the sales receipt is required.
- LightKulture.com warrants the original consumer of any product purchased, to be free from manufacturer's defects in workmanship and materials for one year (12 months) from time of delivery, as agent-only, subscribing to the manufacturers Limited Warranty policies.
- LightKulture.com LLC sole obligation is expressly limited to replacement or repair at no-charge by the manufacturer.
- If an item can be repaired by you with reasonable effort, replacement parts may be sent at no-charge based on the discretion of the manufacturer.
- We must receive your request in writing for any warranty coverage within the one year Limited Warranty period.
- Prior written authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained before any products are returned.
- Products must be returned and received by the manufacturer in good condition.
- Consumers should take care to re-pack product to avoid further damage, and include all parts (excluding broken glass unless otherwise required).
- Our obligation under this warranty will not exceed the invoiced unit cost of the product.
- Labor cost or any consequential damages are expressly excluded.
- This warranty covers products that have been used within their intended purpose and does not cover any products that have been altered or modified, misused or abused in anyway.
- This warranty shall become null and void if the product is used or otherwise accepted by the purchaser.
- This warranty excludes light bulbs or ballasts.

- Freight charges will apply to replacement parts purchased outside of warranty.
- LightKulture.com itself does not warranty any of the products offered for sale on this website.
- Your order will be confirmed via email.
- It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure the accuracy of each order placed on-line or on the phone.
- LightKuklture.com will not assume responsibility or any cost associated with returning or exchanging items ordered in error. If replacement merchandise is necessary, you will need to create a new order and return the original product to us as defined in our return policy section. Restocking fee's and return freight will apply.
- Orders may be cancelled, only if done so in writing or by calling our customer service number by 5:00 pm EST on the next business day of when order was placed.
- If your order is placed on a Friday, or the day prior to a Federal holiday, you have until 5:00 pm the following business day to cancel your order. This does not apply to orders placed with special expedited shipping instructions.
- Once the vendor has shipped your order (tracking information verifies ship date), your order may not be cancelled and becomes the property of the consumer. Cancellations or returns of these orders will be subject to our standard Return Policy.
- Cancellations that fall within above mentioned guidelines will be processed at no-charge.
- Orders under $50 or special order items are non-cancellable. This also applies to any change-order made by the customer and the ability of the manufacturer to delay the processing and shipment of the order. Order change requests that fall within these guidelines will be processed at no-charge. Orders under $50 will be charged freight.
- Customers who are experiencing longer than expected lead times should contact us prior to canceling their order for updated shipping information.
Pictures and Descriptions
We have been authorized to use the images contained on this website. These images are also found in each manufacturers own printed material. The room settings and professional photography of these products may appear different once installed. Metal finishes, painted finishes and wood tones may appear different. Glass and fabric coloration may also vary from images shown on-line. LightKulture.com is not responsible for the variations in product. Items required in pairs or multiples installed in the same area should be ordered at the same time. Variations of dye-lots and other finish production may vary within industry standards and are not considered mis-matched or defects. Special notation should be made of any such request in writing at the time of your order. Due to the nature of certain manufacturing techniques, no two items are exactly alike. Descriptions of items used on LigthKulture.com are provided by the manufacturers. - Sales tax will be charged on all orders that ship within the state of Florida.
- Sales tax is applicable for shipments to a New York shipping address from a New York warehouse.
- Sales tax is applicable for shipments to a California shipping address for shipments delivered from a California warehouse.
- Sales tax is not applicable to consumers that can provide a valid state-specific tax exempt ID number.
- Some states may charge sales tax on merchandise shipped within their state.
- We are required to collect sales tax when a purchase is made and ships to or from the same state where the brands are located. Since we are based In Florida, we always collect Florida sales tax for orders shipping within our state. Our shop is programmed to automatically charge sales tax in these circumstances However, many brands have satellite warehouse locations which we are not always aware of. We reserve the right to add applicable sales tax to your order, should we be notified by the manufacturer that your ship-to address is located in a state that the manufacturer has a secondary location, which they are required to collect sales tax. In such a case, sales tax would be applied to any order from any website or retail bricks and mortar location. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation under these circumstances beyond our control. Trade professionals with resale certificates may be tax exempt, but it is not guaranteed in every case based on the ship-to location.
